Transformational Strategy and Tactic Trees update

Dr. Ferguson will be facilitating what will most likely be her final online program teaching individuals how to write Transformational Strategy and Tactic Trees (implementation plans for how an organization can effectively achieve its high level strategy or goal). During this program, Professor Ferguson will be sharing a draft of her book on the same subject, which will hopefully be published prior to the TOCICO International Conference in Chicago, USA in June 2012. The online program begins March 7 and consists of six biweekly live sessions each lasting three hours, which will be recorded. The recordings will be available to program participants until June 2012. Professor Ferguson was the fourth person trained personally by Dr. Eli Goldratt (the Founder of the Theory of Constraints) on how to write Transformational S&T trees. She passed his writing test in 2007. Since then, Dr. Ferguson has trained a number of individuals on how to write Transformational S&T trees as a mentor and through several program offerings by Illuminutopia. A white paper recently written by Dr. Ferguson has been posted in the guest portal on the www.illuminutopia.com web site. This paper provides an explanation of how the Strategy and Tactic tree can be utilized for any change initiative in an organization. Strategy and Tactics trees online programs

Dr. Ferguson is conducting an three-month long online program about writing S&T trees (STT online program), which began on January 19, 2011. The program consists of eight live weekly sessions of three hours each on Wednesdays for the first two months. For more information on the program or to register, go to our events page. The first STT program was offered as a three-day workshop by Professor Ferguson in July 2010 in Sedona, Arizona.
